Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Fitout (the "Service"), a SaaS platform provided by Arxify AB, company no. 559399-8122, registered at Solnavägen 29G, Solna, Sweden ("Fitout", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

The Service requires an administrator to create an organisation and invite other users. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. Administrators can assign permissions per user within the organisation.

The Service is provided as a subscription with a monthly fee according to the price list in force at the time. New customers get a free 60-day trial. Payment is processed through Stripe. The fee is charged monthly in advance and the subscription continues until cancelled by the customer.

You may cancel the subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. On cancellation, the Service ends at the close of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. Fitout stores data to provide the Service and for backup purposes. You can export your data at any time. On cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless agreed otherwise.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy Privacy Policy.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to circumvent security measures, or in a way that disrupts or damages the Service or other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are abused.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible.

The Service is provided "as is". Fitout's liability is limited to the fees you have paid during the past twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or production loss.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the Service at least 30 days in advance.

Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are resolved by general Swedish courts with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
